Donation Rank (PRO) lost when server changed to Horde Network

Hi, i used to play on this server a lot when it was Rekkit Tekkit, but it has changed to the horde now and I used to have a PRO donator rank and now i logged in today to start playing again for the first time on "the horde" and my rank was gone :(

Is there any way i can get it back?

Please help
